Data relating to active or completed engagements is retained for a minimum of 7 years following the conclusion of the matter, in line with our professional obligations under Thai law. Analytics data is anonymised and not personally identifiable after 26 months.

Under the Thailand PDPA, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
• The right to request erasure of personal data where there is no longer a legal basis for retaining it.
• The right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
• The right to withdraw consent for processing carried out on that basis.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 through our website. Where a legal matter involves children as subjects (rather than as enquirers), we handle that data with particular care and in accordance with our professional obligations.
